As well as providing a committed service to our customers, we also conduct our operations with great consideration to the environment. Minimising environmental impact and maximising efficiency is a key strategy of Hanbury Davies, which we demonstrate by maximising loads and minimising empty running, thereby reducing the number of vehicles on the road.
We purchase the latest makes of vehicle and renew our fleet every three years, ensuring we have the most fuel efficient Euro 3 engines, which are also the cleanest in terms of exhaust emissions, as well as providing the most up-to-date safety features.
Our drivers receive an extensive induction and on-going driver training based on defensive and advance driving techniques, encouraging high standards of driver courtesy, safety and better fuel economy.
